Norwich Softball falls to Johnson City 5-1 in a non-league clash at home. Kira Quattrocchi finishes with 7 strikeouts for the Purple Tornado. Brooke Rogers nails 2 hits in the loss.
Harpursville Softball beats Walton/Downsville 23-0 for a MAC victory at WHS. Lainey Steinbrecher smashes a grand slam to bring in 4 RBIs to lead the Hornets. She also scores 4 runs on the day. Rylan Steinbrecher chips in 3 runs and 2 RBIs. 18 runs in the 6th puts the game away for HCS.
Deposit-Hancock Softball defeats Delhi 17-1 for a MAC win at DCS. Ivy Tice throws a 1-hitter with 7 Ks for the Eagles. She also drives in 4 RBIs thanks to 1 HR and 1 triple. Kadyn Appley does it again with 3 hits, 4 runs and 5 RBIs. Pagen Macumber, Olivia Johnston and Teeghan Tarbox score 3 runs each.
