Deirdre Colgan smashes 1 double and 2 singles. Chloe Stilson paces the Spartans with 2 singles and 1 RBI.
Cooperstown Softball falls to Hamilton 13-0 in a CSC division game at home. Carlotta Falso finishes with 15 strikeouts for Coop but the Hawkeyes can’t get the bats going in a tough loss.
Afton Softball clips Sidney 17-16 for a MAC triumph at home. Jenna Wilson earns another pitching win with 7 Ks. She also tallies 4 hits, 5 runs and 2 RBIs on the day. Miranda Schultz bashes 2 hits and Emilie Hopkins sends in 4 RBIs. Adleigh Noone delivers with 3 RBIs and Rylee Rupakus nails 2 hits.
Harpursville Softball downs Rockland (S9, C) 11-0 for a non-league win at home. Lainey Steinbrecher continues her strong play with 4 hits, 2 triples, 3 runs and 2 RBIs. Gracie Bagg adds 2 hits and 2 runs. Emily Kane tosses the shutout and finishes with 4 Ks for the Hornets.
Windham Softball downs South Kortright/Andes 17-0 in a round robin event at WAJ. Hannah Tuttle earns the shutout victory with 9 Ks. She also adds 3 hits at the plate. Kylie Jordan smacks 4 hits. Piper Cohane and Alexis Weinberg crush 3 hits each. Mikenzie Schoonmaker goes yard again with 2 RBIs. Hannah only gives up 3 hits over 2 games on Saturday.

Bailey Thayer does it again for CV-S/SS with 3 hits, 1 HR, 3 runs and 2 RBIs. Two homers on the day for Bailey. She also picks up the pitching victory with 5 Ks. Justeena Finch smashes 1 double and scores 4 runs. Peyton Barbic sends home 3 RBIs. Emily Fox chips in 2 hits and 2 runs. Neleh Brown finishes with 5 Ks in the circle for the Rams.
Windham Softball beats Cherry Valley-Springfield/Sharon Springs 8-2 in a round robin event at WAJ. Hannah Tuttle stacks up 16 Ks over 7 innings of work for the Warriors. She also crushes 1 HR. Hannah totals 2 hits, 3 runs and 2 RBIs. Mikenzie Schoonmaker is the hero with a grand slam in the 5th. Kylie Jordan and Maida Dzaferovic collect 2 hits each. Bailey Thayer punches out 1 HR for CV-S/SS.
Delhi Softball clips Eldred (S9, D) 7-6 in a non-leaguer on the turf at DA. Grace Reynolds comes up with the big game winning 2-run double in the bottom of the 7th to lift the Bulldogs. Kinsley Tracy adds 4 RBIs on the day and earns the pitching victory. Lexi Davis laces 1 double. Catcher Rebecca Verspoor throws out her 4th runner of the season.
Oneonta Softball can’t catch Pittsford Sutherland (S5, AA) as they suffer a 13-4 setback in the Mary Testa Tournament at Union-Endicott. OHS jumps out to a 4-0 advantage but can’t hold on. Jenevie Gallusser collects 3 hits to pace the Jackets offense. Carley Mistler chips in 1 hit, 1 run and 1 RBI.
Oneonta Softball falls to Union-Endicott 6-5 in the Mary Testa Tournament at U-E. Carley Mistler records 8 strikeouts for OHS. She also adds 1 hit and 1 run. Jenevie Gallusser knocks 2 doubles and drives in 2 RBIs. Bella Pelligra adds 2 hits, 1 double and 2 runs.
Deposit-Hancock Softball takes down Webster Schroeder (S5, AA) 8-5 in 9 innings in the Mary Testa Tournament at Maine-Endwell. 3 runs in the top of the 9th seals it for the Eagles. Haley Begeal leads D-H with 4 hits, 1 HR, 1 double and 3 RBIs. Pagen Macumber records 3 hits and 2 RBIs. Kadyn Appley adds 1 double. Another signature D-H win against a much bigger school.
